Dr. Cuica
Dr. Cuica received his degree as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in January of 2013 from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics, being this the only Mexican university accredited by the AVMA and the oldest Veterinary school in the Western Hemisphere. His Alma mater, is tucked away in the southwest corner of Mexico City, and is one of the most culturally rich, historical and beautiful places in Mexico.
Dr. Cuica is originally form Mexico City but his family is from the most Southern part of Texas, the Rio Grande Valley. He was raised between his home town and Sullivan City, a small town in the Rio Grande Valley, where later he established himself, close to family, relatives and friends. He felt at home in Texas but a job opportunity took him to the Midwest in June of 2014. However, tired of being Texas sick and unhappy with the extreme freezing winters, he decided to make his way back to the great state of Texas in 2019.
When he is not working, Dr. Cuica enjoys spending time with his pets and family, grilling, camping, boating or riding his Harley Davidson along his Veteran friends. He has 4 dogs, Frida a 15 year old Chihuahua, Molly, a rescued 13 year old Shih Tzu and his two Miniature Schnauzers, Elsa 3 years old and Captain 1 year old. They love to play but Frida rules the pack!
